Harvest: Manual harvest to20 kgs boxes.
Vinification: Full destemming. Pressing of whole grapes. Natural decantation at 10ºC. Fermentation under rigorous temperature control. Ageeing on fine lees until batch formation. No filtration or stabilization until bottling.
Colour: Citric green
Aroma: Fresh and delicate with notes of citric fruits, grass and green apple.
Palate: Smoth texture, acidity and balanced minerality, presenting green fruits on the mouth. Long and balanced finish. Complex with harmony:
