Grapes: Loureiro, Arinto and Alvarinho
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Each variety was harvested in ideal conditions for ripening.
Slight crushing of the grapes followed by skin maceration for 6 hours. Gentle pressing. Static defecation for
48 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature (14-16 ° C) in stainless steel vats. Ageing on fine lees until
blend formation. Gentle filtration and cold stabilization prior to bottling.
Colour: Bright, reflections straw with citrus
Aroma: Intense, distinctive and complex. Notes of citrus fruits, mature tree fruits (peach) and some floral notes (orange blossom).
Flavour: Fine acidity providing excellent balance and freshness. Fruity, complex, soft and round. Perfect harmony between aroma and taste. Long and persistent finish.
Consumption: It should be appreciated at a temperature between 8 ° C to 10 ° C. It goes well with Italian food, grilled fish and seafood.
