Why Unfiltered : This wine wasn’t filtered. After the batonnage it cleared by gravity in the vat.With this “untecnic” we want to transmit to our consumer all what the vineyard gave. Pure natural fruit, great acidity and very long aftertaste.
Grapes: 50% Alvarinho and 50% Loureiro
Harvest: manually to 20kg boxes
Vinification: Total destemming. Pressing of whole grapes. Natural decanting at 10ºC. Fermentation with strict temperature control. Ageing on fine lees until blend formation. No filtration and no stabilization prior to bottling.
Colour: citrine green
Aroma: fresh and delicate with notes of tropical fruits in a mineral background.
Palate: soft texture, balanced acidity and minerality, presents fruit in the mouth. Great creaminess. Long and delicate ending. Complex with harmony.
Serving: Ideal as appetizer or with grilled fish and cooked seafood. Best enjoyed at a temperature between 9-11ºC.
